Return Eligibility

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged herbal products cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged or incorrectly.

Refund Process

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
